1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clavis at www.tryclavis.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clavis is a SaaS platform that provides consulting agency management tools including operations, sales, content, marketing, and AI-powered features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Workspaces and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you create within your workspace. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your workspace content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate content such as ad copy, scripts, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI outputs.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clavis and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
